Terms & Conditions: Regularly priced merchandise in unused condition may be returned to manufacturer within 30-days of purchase in original packaging, unless ‘Final Sale’ is specified. Minimum 30% restocking fee applies to al returns, exchanges, or cancelations. No returns, exchanges, or cancelations on trims, mouldings, building supplies, stairs, tiles, opened or damaged goods. Extra boxes totaling 2 or less is deemed ‘acceptable overage’ and is not returnable. No returns, exchanges, or cancelations on discounted, final sale, or special order products. Claims for shortages, errors, defects, or otherwise must be made by customer upon receipt of goods. Installed, opened, or damaged goods are deemed accepted by customer and excluded from any claims. Flooring Liquidators is not liable for any claims associated with product defect or 3rd party delivery. Any product claims must be made directly to the manufacturer. Material orders are non contractual and may be subject to change.
